The Finalized rules and submissions. If anyone's got an issue with the rules, message me.
THE RULES
1. You must be a user of Ringbearer.org to join.
2. The deviation in question may not be mature content, unless it's just a small swear word. The Admin still has the right to veto anything she thinks is inappropriate. The Admin is extremely conservative. Sorry.
3. The deviation does NOT have to be LOTR-related. After all, not all of us do LOTR-related stuff.
SUBMISSIONS
1. The person sends me a message with a link to the deviation.
2. I save it and upload it, obliterating all clues to authorship.
3. I message it to all club members, except the author/artist/whatever. (If you want to be excluded from the deviation messages, notify me and I'll take you off my list.)
4. You guys send me messages saying yes or no. (If you say no, say why. 'tis mandatory. There will be consequences.)
5. If it is yes, then I put it up.
OR
5. If it is no, I send all the "why"s to the person who submitted it.
OR
5. If it is a tie, I break it.
CONTESTS
The current contest is for an avatar. We need a better one. Same system (pretty much) as for the submissions.

Seriously, I know this annoying time wasting thing to do. Like.. you do it, and don't know why, and when you're done you realize what a waste of time it actually was. Mostly becuase it wasn't even interesting, but you were expecting something, so you kept
